Welcome to Hairmatic! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hairmatic mobile application ("App") operated by Beyza Zengin ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using Hairmatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- If you are under 18, you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
2. Description of Service
Hairmatic is an AI-powered hairstyle application that allows you to:
- Take or upload photos of yourself
- Generate AI-powered hairstyle previews
- Save and share your generated hairstyle images
- Access premium features through subscription plans
2.1 AI-Generated Content
The hairstyle images generated by our App are created using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI). The results are:
- Approximations and visualizations, not guarantees of real-world outcomes
- Subject to variations based on photo quality, lighting, and other factors
- For entertainment and reference purposes only
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated images for any particular purpose.
3. Subscription Plans and Credits
3.1 Subscription Types
We offer the following subscription plans:

3.2 Free Trial
New users receive 1 free credit to try the App before subscribing. This free trial:
- Is limited to one per device
- Does not require payment information
- Cannot be renewed or restored after use
3.3 How Credits Work
- Subscription Credits: Included with your active subscription, reset each billing cycle
- Subscription Credits DO NOT Roll Over: Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period
- Extra Credits: Available for purchase separately and do not expire
- Extra Credits Require Active Subscription: You can only use extra credits while you have an active subscription
- Extra Credits Persist: If your subscription expires, your extra credits remain in your account and become available when you resubscribe
3.4 Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Apple's App Store
- Prices are displayed in your local currency
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
3.5 Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple according to their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
- No partial refunds are provided for unused credits or partial subscription periods
3.6 Managing Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your subscription:
- Open the Settings app on your device
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Hairmatic
- Choose to modify or cancel your subscription
4. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
- Use the App to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others
- Share or distribute content generated by the App in a way that violates applicable laws
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Attempt to circumvent subscription or credit requirements
- Misuse the free trial system (e.g., creating multiple accounts)
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the App.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
This includes but is not limited to:
- App design and user interface
- Logos and branding
- Software code and algorithms
- Marketing materials
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of photos you upload to the App. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
- Process your photos through our AI system
- Generate hairstyle images based on your photos
- Provide the App's functionality
This license terminates when you stop using the App. We do not claim ownership of your photos or generated images.
5.3 Generated Content
AI-generated hairstyle images are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Save generated images to your device
- Share generated images on social media
- Use generated images for personal reference
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We specifically disclaim:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content
- Any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade
The AI-generated hairstyles are for visualization purposes only and should not be relied upon for professional hairstyling decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Unauthorized access to your data
- AI-generated content quality or accuracy
- Third-party services or content
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beyza Zengin and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of third parties
- Content you submit or share through the App
9. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services including:
- Google Gemini AI: For image generation
- Apple App Store: For payments and distribution
- Firebase: For analytics and backend services
- RevenueCat: For subscription management
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the conduct of third-party services.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
11. Modifications to the App and Terms
11.1 App Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
11.2 Terms Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We will notify you of significant changes through:
- An update to the "Last Updated" date
- A notice within the App
- An App Store update description
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may stop using the App at any time by:
- Deleting the App from your device
- Canceling your subscription through Apple
12.2 By Us
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Misuse the App in any way
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Provisions that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will remain in effect
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through:

- Mediation: If negotiation fails, through a mutually agreed mediator
- Courts: The courts of Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.

17. Apple-Specific Terms
As this App is distributed through the Apple App Store, the following terms also apply:
- These Terms are between you and Beyza Zengin, not Apple
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the App
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
